When to pay for Registration fee
To encourage quality participation, once you register, organizers need 30 days to check details of GYPF delegates and process formal invites/confirmation mails for final participation. These invitation mails will contain all details of payments of registration fees.

September-October is a perfect time to visit Chandigarh, when the weather is pleasant. During this period, it is neither too hot, nor too cold and also there is not much of rainfall.

Stay arrangements for GYPF delegates will be made on twin sharing basis at 3 star accommodations. And for a limited number home stay with youth of their age and gender can also be arranged for greater understanding, sharing of ideas and dreams. Youth Host-Youth Guest. We usually serve vegetarian food. And this will also include seasonal fruits, vegetable salads, eggs etc.
Reaching Chandigarh from New Delhi (the capital of India)
By Air: Chandigarh has its own airport and has regular flights from Delhi. Air India and Jet Airways operate regular flights from Delhi and the tickets rates can be checked online at www.makemytrip.com, www.agoda.com, www.booking.com, www.travelguru.com, www.yatra.com.
By Train: Frequent trains also run between Delhi & Chandigarh and the rates are very economical ranging from US $3 to $10, one can check availability and rates at www.indianrail.gov.in.
By Bus: The city is well connected to New Delhi airport through Volvo buses and A/C Volvo buses are available within a charge ranging from (US $6-$16) INR 300 to INR 800 (tickets can be booked online from here).
By Cab: Tourists can also hire A/C or non A/C taxi (OLA/UBER) which charges from INR 2,000 to INR 7,500 or US $40 to $150 (for a single or round trip).

For a conference visa to India, along with the visa application form, one need to provide a copy of Invite, air-tickets, copy of clearances from Ministry of Home Affairs & External Affairs, Government of India-which organizers will provide maximum by August 30, 2021. All these documents are enough to get a visa from Indian Embassy or High Commission. For more details, click here.
Participants have to arrange for their own travel expenses, but once they reach Chandigarh the volunteers at Yuvsatta (an NGO empowering youth for peace) will take care of all their local needs of travel, boarding, vegetarian food etc.
Certificate of Participation
Certificate of participation will be given to participants who registered and paid to attend the GYPF at Chandigarh, India. It is one of the best practices for the Organizer to appreciate participant's inputs and contributions towards a successful Convention.
Travelling with Passport
Kindly take note that validity date of passport is more than six months from date of travel.
